Vietnam Airlines is taking a major step toward global expansion by partnering with Sabre Corporation to optimize network planning and revenue management.
This strategic move supports the airline’s ambitious international growth plans, which include new routes to the US, Germany, India, Italy, and the Philippines, with further expansion across Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia.
Meanwhile, Singapore Airlines (SIA) is embracing artificial intelligence (AI) technology through a partnership with Salesforce to enhance its customer service capabilities. By integrating AI-powered tools, SIA aims to improve response times and provide personalized, data-driven customer support.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), airline digital transformation is key to achieving operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
These strategic moves by Vietnam Airlines and Singapore Airlines reflect a broader trend of airlines investing in advanced technology solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), Vietnam Airlines’ expansion supports the country’s goal of attracting more international tourists and business travelers, particularly from key markets like the US, Europe, and Australia.
Singapore Airlines is also making strides in digital transformation by integrating AI-powered customer service solutions in partnership with Salesforce. The airline is incorporating Agentforce, Einstein in Service Cloud, and Data Cloud into its customer service platform, allowing it to enhance interactions and streamline support processes.
